Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc", a European Union company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. When sending SMS messages, your phone number will be transmitted to an SMS operator to ensure their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing messages and notifications by SMS, reply STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link provided in one of our messages.You understand and agree that alternative opt-out methods, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We place great importance on your privacy and the information you agree to share as part of our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you SMS notifications (regarding your order, including abandoned payment reminders), SMS marketing offers, and transactional texts, including review requests from us.
Our website uses cookies to keep track of the items you have placed in your cart, including when you have abandoned your order. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

How do you obtain my consent?

ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment:
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The information related to your purchase transaction is retained only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is finalized, the purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
The requirements of the PCI-DSS standard ensure the secure processing of credit card data by our store and its service providers.

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions.

ARTICLE 6 – SECURITY

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-recognized standards.
COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether you want to allow them or not.
_session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data held, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit.Used by the internal statistics tracking system of our website provider to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (visitor’s local time) the next day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.
cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information related to your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique session identifier
storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

By using this site, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this website.

SHIPPING
Order processing takes 24 to 72 hours. As for delivery, it takes between 8-15 business days, but due to the current coronavirus situation, delays may be longer. We are working day and night to reduce the impact of the pandemic and to speed up delivery times as much as possible.
